After working in restaurants across Italy, Thailand, and New York, I left the professional kitchen to pursue my true passion: making incredible restaurant-quality food accessible to everyone at home.
Every recipe on SavoryBites is a product of my years of culinary training, travel, and experimentation. I test each recipe at least three times in my home kitchen, adjust the measurements for home equipment, and write instructions that even a beginner can follow with confidence. My goal is to help you create extraordinary meals without needing professional-grade equipment or hard-to-find ingredients.
